  • A clear statement that you request account deletion and erasure of associated personal data
  • Any relevant details that help us identify your account (for example: booking reference, if applicable)

We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before deleting data.
We will handle requests in accordance with applicable data protection law and our retention obligations.

Facebook and other third-party platforms

If you connected your Travelbase account using Facebook Login (or another third-party login), you can also remove Travelbase’s access from within the third-party platform settings (for example, in Facebook: Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites).
Removing access stops future data sharing from that platform to Travelbase, but it does not automatically delete your Travelbase account data.
